Shirley M. Eidman, nee Wood, 87, of Mascoutah, IL born Feb. 27, 1931 in Poplar Bluff, MO died Tuesday, Dec 24, 2018 at Aperion Care in Mascoutah, IL.
She was a homemaker, a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, Ever Faithful Evening Guild and Fireside Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George F. and Jennie L., nee Mosier, Wood, her husband, Kenneth L. Eidman who died June 19, 2015; a son-in-law, Paul Sainer, and brother-in-law, Howard Quinn.
Surviving are three children, Sandi (Barry) Parks of Mascoutah, IL, Karen (Ron) Wakefield of Shumway, IL, and David L. (Diane) Eidman of Mascoutah, IL; 14 grandchildren, Aaron (Lauren) Heller, Nicholas, Kenneth, Michael, and Timothy Parks, Gregory and Jacob Sainer, Joshua (Kelly) Burden, Kali (Jeremy) Clement, Jordan Eidman, Jonathon (Carla) Wakefield, Jenna (Patrick) Easterday, Brittany (Kory) Tucker and Kaci (Lucas) Benning; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Sue Quinn of Sun City, AZ; brother-in-law, Vernon (Bonnie) Eidman of Roseville, MN; sister-in-law, Edith (Paul) Beach of Belleville, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation : Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at the Moll Funeral Home, Mascoutah, IL and from 9 to 10 AM Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, IL.
Funeral : A funeral service will be held 10 AM Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at St. John United Church of Christ with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Interment will follow in the Mascoutah City Cemetery.
