Nadine D. Lake

Nadine D. Lake, nee Walta, 83, of Lively Grove, IL, born April 17, 1938 in Elkton, IL died Friday, Dec. 3, 2021 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.

Nadine was a homemaker and a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Lively Grove, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ella, nee Myer, Walta, a son, Richard Lake, three brothers, and one sister.

Nadine is survived by her children, Robert (Rita) Lake of Freeburg, IL, Wayne Lake of Lively Grove, IL, Sandra Lake of Lively Grove, IL; two grandchildren, Jessica (Toby) Mortan, Jeremy Lake; three great grandchildren, Aubrey and Will Lake, and Julen Mortan.

Visitation :  From 10 AM to 12 PM Friday, Dec. 10, 2021 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Lively Grove, IL.

Funeral :  A funeral Mass will be held 12 PM Friday, Dec. 10, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Christopher Anyanwu celebrating. Interment will follow in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery, Lively Grove, IL.
