Milford L Burton

Milford L. “Bud” Burton, 84, of Mascoutah, IL, born Oct. 19, 1934 in Salina, KS died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018 at his home.

Bud was a retired Staff Sergeant from the U. S. Air Force, a member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah and member of the American Legion Post 292, Mascoutah, IL.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Anna F., nee Jones, Burton, brothers and sisters.

Surviving are his wife, Helen C., nee Griffin, Burton whom he married in Pittsburgh, PA on Dec. 12, 1959; a son, Clifford (Candace) Burton of North Carolina; a daughter, Sandy (Wayne) Wilhelm of Mascoutah, IL; five grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; also surviving are brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and church family.

VISITATION: From 11 AM to 12 PM Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018 at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah, IL.

FUNERAL: There will be a memorial mass 12 PM Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018 at Holy Childhood Catholic Church with Father Paul Wienhoff officiating.
