Marilyn F Buss

Marilyn F. Buss, nee Fiedler, 85, of Swansea, IL formerly of Darmstadt, IL, born June 28, 1937, in Belleville, IL died Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, at Bradford Place, Swansea, IL.

Marilyn was a homemaker and member of the former St. Pancratius Catholic Church, Fayetteville, IL.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer A. and Rose A. Fiedler, her husband, Raymond T. Buss whom she married in Belleville, IL on Sept. 20, 1956, and who died Dec. 28, 2005, a daughter, Helen Buss and nine siblings.

Surviving are her five children, Phil (Joan) Buss, Nancy Rowold, Ruth (Jon) Engelman, Connie (Patrick) McAllister, Joan (Neal) Galle; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; also, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: From 9 to 12 noon Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: A funeral Mass will be held 12 noon Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at Holy Childhood Catholic Church with Father Nick Fleming celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Pancratius Catholic Cemetery, Fayetteville, IL.
