Jasmine A. Wooley, 34, of Okawville, IL, born July 24, 1983 in Las Vegas, NV, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at the Washington County Hospital, Nashville, IL.

She was a civil service employee at Scott AFB, IL.

Jasmine is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Ann Kappert; and step-grandmother, Jolene “Bobbie” Kappert.

She is survived by her mother, Lee Ann (Robert Spears), nee Kappert, Wooley of Okawville, IL; her father, Steven D. Wooley of Kellogg, OR; two children, Jon Jon and Jo Jo Wooley of Okawville, IL; brothers and sisters, Scott Greenstreet of Albuquerque, NM, Lecia Haas of Dallas, TX, Sally Haas of Okawville, IL, Thomas Haas, Jr. of O’Fallon, IL, Ryan Wooley of Indianapolis, IN, and Branden Haas of Carbondale, IL; maternal grandfather, John Kappert of Mascoutah, IL; nephews, Kaleb and Oscar Moore; aunts, uncles, nieces and other nephews.

Visitation: visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: a funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Jon Cannon officiating.  Burial will follow in Mascoutah City Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
