Elijah Jackson “Jack” Hodge, 88, of Dardenne Prairie, MO born Feb. 14, 1936, in Wevaco, WV died Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Barathaven Memory Care, Dardenne Prairie, MO.

Jack was a retired CMSgt. from the United States Air Force and a Viet Nam war veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elijah and Birtie, nee Dolan, Hodge, his first wife, Connie, nee Strunk, Hodge, his second wife, Roberta, nee Brewer, Hodge and eight brothers and sisters, Emmert, Lairdy B., Robert, Thomas, Lowell, Emma, Bertha, and Linda.

Jack is survived by his children, Sue Rogers of O’Fallon, IL, Kevin (Loraine) Hodge of St. Charles, MO; two stepdaughters, Linda (Reggie) Stephenson of Ashland, IL, Becky (Doug) Brandt of Silver Springs, FL; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Sherman (Betty) Hodge; sister, Arlene Kincaid; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association. Condolences may be shared with the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com.

VISITATION: From 9 to 11 AM Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

FUNERAL:  A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Moll Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Cannon officiating. A burial with military honors will follow in Mascoutah City Cemetery.
