Doris L Bergkoetter

Doris L. Bergkoetter, nee Milloshewski, 80, of Fairview Heights, IL, born April 7, 1943, in Chicago, IL., died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023, at her home.
Doris was retired from Illinois Power Co. and a loving homemaker. She loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and Cardinal baseball. She was a tremendously, selfless woman with a beautiful spirit. Doris took all that came at her so gracefully.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Theresa, nee Waligorski, Milloshewski, brother, Norbert, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and nephew.

Surviving are her husband, Robert H. Bergkoetter whom she married in Scheller, IL on Sept. 3, 1966; her children, Kimberly (Daniel) Gall of Fairview Heights, IL, Karla Kendrick (Robert Dennett) of O’Fallon, MO, Kevin (Carla) Bergkoetter of Lake St. Louis, MO, Kelli Bergkoetter of Fairview Heights, IL; seven grandchildren, Grant, Jacob and Karinna Gall, Clayton, Carter, Cole and Charles “Cash” Bergkoetter; and brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

VISITATION:  From 2 to 4 PM Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023, and from 9 to 10 AM Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 505 Fountains Pkwy, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.

FUNERAL: A funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father James Nall celebrating.  Burial will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Lively Grove, IL.
