Dennis J Gore

Dennis J. Gore, 62, of Mascoutah, IL, born Feb. 13, 1959 at Elmendorf AFB, AK died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021.

Dennis was a retired MSgt. from the U. S. Air Force and a Gulf War veteran. He was currently employed as a government contractor at Scott AFB, IL. Dennis made friends wherever he went and had a sense of humor unlike anyone else.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel J. and Clara Mae, nee Johnson, Gore, a brother, John Gore and two sisters, Janice Gore Fraser and Deborah Gore Martsolf.

Surviving are his wife, Jennifer L., nee Hollingsworth, Gore whom he married in Thousand Oaks, CA on June 26, 1982; daughter, Kathleen (Philip) Prather of Urbana, IL; son, Christopher Gore and fiancé, Lexi of Belleville, IL; grandson, Calvin Prather; siblings, Donna (Mike) Miller, Theresa Chambers, Richard (Kimberly) Gore, Samuel “Buddy” Gore; and many nieces, nephews, and beloved Pugs, Oliver, Bella and grandpug, Teddy.
