Catherine S. Taylor, nee Malone, 60, of Mascoutah, IL, formerly of West Portsmouth, OH, born Jan. 4, 1958 in Portsmouth, OH, died Saturday, July 21, 2018 at her home.

She was a housewife and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbridge Alfred and Juanita, nee Piatt, Malone; two brothers; Elbridge Alfred Malone Jr. and Derrick Malone.

Catherine is survived by her husband, Roland L. Taylor who she married on March 12, 1977; two sons, Jason R. Taylor and Joshua S. (Amanda) Taylor; a daughter, Rebecca J. (Troy) Jackson; six grandchildren, Hayley Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Landon Taylor, Cowan Taylor, Cameron Jackson, and Reece Jackson; four brothers, Timothy Malone, Patrick Malone, Daniel Malone, and Michael Malone; and two sisters, Caroline Malone and Donna Rickey.

Visitation: Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, OH from 5 to 8 PM on Thursday, July 26, 2018.

Funeral: Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Friday July 27, 2018 at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott, OH with Father Nicholas Droll officiating.
