Carolyn S. DeWeese, nee Johnson, 69, of Mascoutah, IL formerly of Melbourne, FL, born Oct. 21, 1948 in Jerome Township, OH, died Jan. 29, 2018 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Ruth, nee Dean, Johnson; and five brothers.
Carolyn is survived by four children, Angelia (Kevin) Caber of Mascoutah, IL, Ronald DeWeese of Rockledge, FL, Michael (Toni) DeWeese of Melbourne, FL, and Jason DeWeese of Colorado Springs, CO; eight grandchildren, Kristen Johnson, Jennifer Helmer, Alexis Caber, Rhett Caber, Tyler DeWeese, Zachary DeWeese, Nicole DeWeese, and Nicholas DeWeese; and five great-grandchildren.
She was a loving grandmother who was a “Survey Queen” and who her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to.
Private family services will be held.
