Betty J Brewster

Betty J. Brewster, 70, of Mascoutah, IL, born May 7, 1951 at Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. died Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at her residence.

Betty was a homemaker, a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah and a U. S. Air Force veteran.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas B. and Mary J., nee Bowers, Pettis, Sr., her husband, Carl W. “Bill” Brewster whom she married in Oxen Hill, MD on June 24, 1971 and who died May 28, 2016 and her son, Joey Brewster who died Jan. 18, 2000.

Surviving are four sisters, Pamela Hendley, Linda (Steve) Collins, Terry Arthur, Cathy (Sheldon) Sartoph; four brothers, Tomas (Paula) Pettis, Jr., Robert (Barbara) Pettis, David Pettis, Kenny (Mary) Pettis; also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.

Visitation: There will be a visitation from 9 AM to 11 AM Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: A memorial service will be held 11 AM Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Moll Funeral Home with The Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Burial will follow in Mascoutah City Cemetery.
