Thomas C. Foust, Sr.

Thomas C. Foust, Sr., 77, of Mascoutah, IL formerly of Coudersport, PA born Sept. 24, 1939 in Coudersport, PA, went to be with Jesus Christ Our Lord on Friday, May 26, 2017.

He was a retired production manager and U. S. Army veteran; a member of Hilltop Baptist Church in Smethport, PA; former Policeman of Coudersport, PA; former chairman of the Jaycees; former fire chief of Coudersport Volunteer F.D; former member of Jaycees Junior Chamber of Commerce; and Boy Scout Leader.  Thomas enjoyed and was an avid bowler, golfer, hunter and loved gardening and landscaping.  Tom never met a stranger.  He dearly loved his dogs, Noah and Jonah, his cat, Moses, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry W. and Goldena D., nee McCracken, Foust, and three brothers.

Surviving are his wife, Sue, nee Brown, Foust, Sr. whom he married in Begler, PA on May 25, 1962; his four children, Danny M. Foust of Mascoutah IL, Pamela (Roger) Nelson of Smethport, PA, Jeanette Towne of New Bern, NC, Tom (Marge) Foust, Jr. of Mascoutah, IL; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers; one sister.
