Laurence P. Madden, 83, of Granite City, IL formerly of Fayetteville, IL born Sept. 14, 1933 in East St. Louis, IL died Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.
He was a retired carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Margaret, nee Moll, Madden, a daughter, Sandra L. Madden, two brothers, Charles and Frank Madden and two sisters, Margaret McNear and Della Bordoni.
Surviving are his sons, Steven H. Madden and Patrick Madden; grandchildren, Mandy (James) Edwards, Steven M. Madden, Valerie Madden, Jacob Duncan; great-grandchildren, James, Lilly and Abel Edwards.

Funeral: Per Laurence’s wishes his cremains will be buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
