Dianne M. Brendel

Dianne Marie Brendel, nee Moll, 69, of Mascoutah, IL, born May 20, 1947 in Belleville, IL died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Dianne was a retired employee for the Medical Group Civilian Personnel Office at Scott AFB, IL and a member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel H. and Helen I., nee Koch, Moll and a brother David Moll.

She is survived by her husband, Robert P. Brendel whom she married in Mascoutah, IL on August 28, 1969; her children, Christine Brendel and fiancé Troy Medvick of Mascoutah, IL, Amy Brendel of Fairview Heights, IL, Matthew (Sarah) Brendel of Mascoutah, IL; three grandchildren, Madison Wetzler, Chase and Brody Brendel; her brothers, Michael (Sally) Moll of Shiloh, IL, Robert (Debra) Moll of Mascoutah, IL, James (Jana) Moll of Belleville, IL, Daniel (Marilyn) Moll of Collinsville, IL, Steve (Lisa) Moll of Mascoutah, IL; a sister, Michelle (Chris) Lindsay of Mascoutah, IL; also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: visitation is from 4 to 8 PM Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: a funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah with Father Paul Wienhoff officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
