David H. Flamuth

David H. Flamuth, 69, of Mascoutah, IL born March 28, 1947 in Belleville, IL died Monday, March 13 2017 at his daughter’s residence in Pocahontas, IL.

He was a pharmacist for 40 years and retired from Home Pharmacy Services of Belleville, IL. David was the past vice-president of Home Pharmacy Services for 30 years, Director of Professional Relations and a certified geriatric pharmacist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest J. and Corrine M., nee Seibel, Flamuth.

Surviving are his daughters, Elizabeth Ann (Kevin) Williams-Provost of Pocahontas, IL, Laura Katherine Flamuth of Collinsville, IL; seven grandchildren, Logan and Aidan Williams, Jack, Kody, Mya and Liam Provost and Anthony Davis.
