Ileen C Mueller

Ileen C. Mueller, nee Eisel, 87, of Prospect Heights, IL formerly of Mascoutah and New Baden, IL, born Aug. 21, 1929 in St. Jacob, IL, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at Brookdale, Prospect Heights, IL.

She was a retired sales clerk, a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah and Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin C. and Lena E., nee Dressel, Eisel, her husband, Ardell J. Mueller, Sr. whom she married in Lebanon, IL on July 3, 1949 and who died Aug. 17, 2012, three sisters, Irene Trame, Irma Trame and Ida Roehrig.

Surviving are her son, Ardell J. (Susan) Mueller, Jr. of Mt. Prospect, IL; three grandchildren, Laura (Matthew) Newton of Park Ridge, IL, Kristie (Matthew) Welke of Park Ridge, IL, Jill (Brad) Falco of Chicago, IL; six great-grandchildren, Madeline, Dane and Emerson Welke, Claire, Allie and Charles Newton; and brother-in-law, John Mueller of Wayne, PA

Visitation: Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017 at St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017 at St. John United Church of Christ with Pastor Earl Crecelius officiating.  Burial will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
