Donald M. Johns

Donald M. Johns, 67, of Mascoutah, IL, born March 16, 1949 in Henderson , KY, died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Don was a retired MSgt. from the U. S. Air Force and also a retired supply supervisor from Civil Service at Scott Air Force Base.  He was a member of the VFW Post 4183 at Scott Air Force Base; and a Vietnam and Desert Storm veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose A. Johns; his parents, Lewis and Marie, nee Hughes, Johns; a brother and a sister.

He is survived by five children, Kenneth, Jason, Amanda, Jocelyn, and Dewey; six granddaughters; five grandsons; a great grandson; a great granddaughter; a brother, Tommy; nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 at the Moll Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Rucker officiating.  Military honors will be provided.
