John Frank Augustine, 74, of New Baden, IL, born Dec. 8, 1941 in Belleville, IL, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, IL.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna, nee Sweglich, Augustine.
He is survived by two brothers, Kenneth Augustine of Belleville, IL, and Dr. Jim (Mary) Augustine of Columbia, SC; nieces and nephews, Michael (Karen) Augustine, Brian (Denise) Augustine, Amie (Rev. David) McIntosh, Kate (Joseph) Haber, and Patrick (Meredith) Augustine; great nieces and nephews, Cale, Nolan, Nicholas, and Benjamin Augustine, Rachael, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Martyn McIntosh, Caleb, Hannah, and Grace Haber.
John’s family expresses their thanks for the loving care provided by the staff at Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden, IL.

Visitation: There will be a visitation from 9 AM to 11:30 AM Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.
