Rosemary A. Lickenbrock

Rosemary A. Lickenbrock, nee Eberling, 86, of St. Libory, IL, born Aug. 19, 1929 in East St. Louis, IL, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Freeburg Care Center in Freeburg, IL.

Rosemary was a homemaker; a member of St. Liborius Catholic Church, St. Libory, IL; and the St. Liborius Council of Catholic Women.  She enjoyed the outdoors, cutting grass and riding in her golf cart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary, nee Bosza, Eberling; her husband, George H. Lickenbrock whom she married in St. Libory, IL on Sept. 10, 1947 and who died Mar. 18, 1994; a son, George Lickenbrock, Jr.; and a grandson, Blake Lickenbrock.

She is survived by five children, Larry (Dorothy) Lickenbrock, Dianna (Robert) Lange, Thomas “Skip” (Melanie) Lickenbrock, Vicki (Larry) Rohde, and Scott (Kathy) Lickenbrock all of St. Libory, IL; 10 grandchildren, Cheryl (Tom) Manks, Brian (fiancé Jenny) Lickenbrock, Eric Lange, Nick Lange, Lindsey (Jason) Kelly, Mandi (Brian) Huelsmann, Marci (Don) Coryell, Melissa (Brent) Frederking, Nichole (fiancé Sean) Rohde, and Kyle (Misti) Rohde; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 9 to 11 AM Friday, July 8, 2016 at St. Liborius Catholic Church in St. Libory, IL.

Funeral: A funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Friday, July 8, 2016 at St. Liborius Catholic Church with Father Dennis Voss officiating. Burial will be in St. Liborius Catholic Cemetery, St. Libory, IL.
