Henry J. Johnson, 73, of St. Libory, IL, born Nov. 5, 1942 in Belleville, IL, died Friday, Feb, 19, 2016 at Freeburg Care Center, Freeburg, IL.
Henry was a retired contractor, a member of St. Liborius Catholic Church, Polish American War veterans, very active in the French and Indian War Era Reenactment and a U. S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto B. and Marcella F. “Sally”, nee Demick, Johnson, Sr.
Surviving are his daughters, Tanya (Lori) Faberson of Paris, KY, Kristina (Matt) Parish of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, Tylar Barron and Marsden Parish; brothers and sisters, Joseph O. (Min) Johnson, Patricia A. (Lloyd) Sandheinrich, Otto B. “Bubber” (Janice) Johnson Jr., Kathleen J. (Rodger) Cook, Michael A. (Donna) Johnson, and Cynthia T. (Arnold) Schmale, all of St. Libory; and numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation: There will be no visitation.
Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be held 10 AM Friday, March 11, 2016 at St. Liborius Catholic Church with Father Jerry Hechenberger and Deacon Andrew Lintker concelebrating. Burial will follow in St. Liborius Catholic Cemetery, St. Libory, IL.
