Cynthia J. Grommet

Cynthia J. Grommet, nee Boller, 56, of Belleville, IL, born Apr. 7, 1959 in Belleville, IL, passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016.

After marriage, Cindy and her husband Terry built a farm where they raised their family.  Later on in life Cindy became a massage therapist.  She had a passion for music, reading, and spending time with her family.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur H., Jr. and Rita Ann, nee Biddle, Boller; and her father-in-law, William Grommet.

She is survived by her husband, Terry J. Grommet whom she married in Mascoutah, IL on Aug. 7, 1976; three children, Quentin (Stephanie) Grommet of Belleville, IL, Megan (Dwight) Espenschied of Freeburg, IL, and Caitlin Grommet of Mascoutah, IL; five grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson, and Quinn Grommet, and Wyatt and Audrey Espenschied; two sisters, Catherine (Thomas) Klingelhoefer of Mascoutah, IL, and Ruby Parker of Sedona, AZ; a brother, Duane (Rita) Boller of Salt Lake City, UT; mother-in-law, Betty Krupp of Belleville, IL; sister-in-law, Nancy (Bob) Brown of Edmond, OK; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and beloved friends.

Funeral: A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:30 PM Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016 at the Moll Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Spratte officiating.
