James O Seyer

James O. Seyer, 49, of Mascoutah, IL born Jan. 31, 1965, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at his residence.

He was a grain farmer and a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lavern J. and Helen M., nee Moser, Seyer and his uncle, James Sappenfield.

He is survived by a sister, Susan Seyer and husband Steven Multon of Portland, OR; ex-wife, Linda Glover; niece and nephew, Victoria and Miles Multon; aunts and uncle, Luella (Orville) Dickhaut and Evelyn Sappenfield; cousins, Anne Sappenfield and husband Scott Walker and Lora Sappenfield and husband Mike Fitzgerald and their children.

Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ, 55 West Church St., Mascoutah, IL 62258.

Visitation: from 4 to 8 PM Friday, Nov. 14, 2014 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL, and from 10 to 11 AM Saturday, Nov. 15 at St. John United Church of Christ.

Funeral: funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 at St. John United Church of Christ with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating.  Burial will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery.
