Patsy R Wilson

Patsy R. Wilson, nee Newcombe, 72, of Mascoutah, IL, born Nov. 11, 1941 in East St. Louis, IL, died Monday, Nov. 3, 2014 at her residence.

Patsy is a retired manager of the former Tony’s Place in Mascoutah, IL.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William R. Wilson, Sr. whom she married in East St. Louis, IL on May 26, 1957 and he died Feb. 28, 2003, her son, Audie Wilson, her parents, Bordie A. and Rachel E., nee Price, Newcombe, three brothers, Bill, Don and Bob Newcombe and a sister, Shirley Hayes.

She is survived by her daughter, Lou Schempp of Belleville, IL; her son, William R. “Rick” Wilson, Jr. of Mascoutah, IL; two grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Schempp and Laura Schempp; four great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Hallie, Megan and Mark; a brother, Tommy Joe (Rhonda) Newcombe of Collierville, TN; two sisters, Barbara Digby of Maryville, IL and Betty Moss of Granite City, IL.

Memorials may be made to Family Choice and will be received at the funeral home.

Visitation: Visitation is from 4 to 8 PM Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, Nov. 7, 2014 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah with Pastor Jack Spratte officiating.  Burial will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
