CMSgt. Virgil H. "Butch" Killman, Jr., Ret., 75, of Mascoutah, IL, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Virgil was a retired CMSgt. from the U. S. Air Force as a Meteorologist/Forcaster and was a Vietnam and Desert Storm veteran.He attended church with his wife Sonjia at Holy Childhood Catholic Chuirch in Mascoutah, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil, Sr. and Willie Maude, nee Higgison, Killman, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph B., Sr. and Nellie, nee Kappa, Krulich, a brother-in-law, Joseph B. Krulich, Jr. and a niece, Debbie Gay Krulich.

He is survived by his wife, Sonjia A., nee Krulich, Killman whom he married in Daytona Beach, FL on Aug. 3, 1963; a daughter, Amy Ciszek of Gypsum, CO; a granddaughter, Kiele Alise Ciszek of Gypsum, CO.; a sister-in-law, Barbara Helen Krulich and a nephew, Michael Joseph(Lynn) Krulich.

Memorials may be made to Holy Childhood Memorial Improvement Fund, 104 North Independence, Mascoutah, IL 62258.

Visitation: There will be no visitation.

Funeral: Private graveside services will be held at Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 with U. S. Air Force Military Honors.
