Steve K. Renth, 55, of Mascoutah, IL born July 25, 1958 in Belleville, IL died
Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013 at his residence.

Steve was owner and operator of Five Star Builders in Mascoutah and a contractor and developer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther A., nee Theismann, Renth, a sister-in-law, Debbie Renth and a niece, Haley Renth.

He is survived by his father, Alvin E. Renth of Mascoutah, IL; two sons, Brock A. and Brody M. Renth both of Mascoutah, IL; a daughter, Tori R. Renth of Mascoutah, IL; three sisters, Karolyn (Bob) Brand of Mascoutah, IL, Cheryl Pence of New Baden, IL, Shelly (Chad) Ripperda of Belleville, IL; three brothers, Dale (Sheri Haas) Renth of Albers, IL, Doug and Dan Renth both of Mascoutah, IL; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of all other gifts memorials may be made to Brody M. Renth Education Fund, c/o Scott Credit Union, 1248 W. Main St., Mascoutah, IL 62258-1060.


Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at the Moll Funeral Home, in Mascoutah, IL, and from 9 to 10 AM Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 at the Cornerstone Christian Church in Shiloh, IL.

Funeral: Memorial services will be held 10 AM Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 at Cornerstone Christian Church in Shiloh, IL with Pastor Rick Hodshire officiating.
