Wesley E Oltmann

Wesley E. Oltmann, 87, of Trenton, IL born March 29, 1926 in Addieville, IL died Oct. 17, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Breese, IL.


He was a retired Sergeant from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, Korean War and Vietnam.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Alma C., nee Lunte, Oltmann, his wife, Margarete H., nee Brenner, Oltmann who died April 5, 2005, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Walter (Bernice), Norbert (Bernice) and Howard (Connie) Oltmann.


He is survived by a brother, Morris (Margaret) Oltmann of Mascoutah, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Per Wesley’s wishes his body will be cremated and there will be a private family graveside service at Zion United Church of Christ Cemetery, Addieville, IL.
