Muriel O. Haege

Muriel O. Haege, nee Olliges, 90, of Mascoutah, IL, born July 2, 1922 in St. Louis, MO, died Thursday, May 30, 2013 at her residence.

She was a secretary for the Mascoutah School District 19 retiring in 1987; a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah; and a member of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Haege whom she married in Beaufort, SC on Mar. 4, 1945 and who died Aug. 23, 2012; her parents, Arthur and Christina, nee Butzow, Olliges.

She is survived by a son, Randy (Rozanne) Haege of Oxnard, CA; a granddaughter, Nirvana Titelman; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gene and Joyce Haege of Mascoutah, IL; a nephew, Dr. Dolph Haege; niece, Judy Polczynski; great niece, Emily; great nephew, Drew; great-great nephew, Kieton, and many friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: memorial services will be held 7 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the Moll Funeral Home with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Following cremation, interment will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery.
