Myrtle B. Plab, nee Keim, 92, of Mascoutah, IL, born Dec. 12, 1919 in Waterloo, IL, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Myrtle was a homemaker and member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam J. and Clara M., nee Steiger, Keim; her husband, Stanley R. Plab whom she married in Floraville, IL on July 4, 1946 and who died Feb. 10, 1993; a brother, Monroe Keim; and a brother-in-law, Walter Mehrmann.
She is survived by a son, Dennis (Linda) Plab of Mascoutah, IL; a daughter, Diane (Ron) Voss of Mascoutah, IL; three grandchildren, Lisa (Scott) Fournie of Mascoutah, IL, Laura (Jon) Jung of Mascoutah, IL, and Benjamin Voss of Maryville, IL; six great-grandchildren, Evan, Ella, and Emma Fournie, and Amanda, Logan, and Jacob Jung; a sister, Virginia Mehrmann of Millstadt, IL; special niece, Vera Diedrich of Millstadt, IL; and nephews.

Visitation: There is no visitation.
Funeral: Private funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Burial will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
