Emma Cathleen Philow, 4 months, 7 days, of Mascoutah, IL, born June, 29, 2012 in St. Louis, MO died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, MO.


She was a member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah, IL.


Emma is survived by her parents, Stephen B. and Erin C., nee Vaughn, Philow; two brothers, Connor and Rylan Philow, both of Mascoutah, IL; maternal grandparents, John (Cathleen) Vaughn of Sutherlin, OR; paternal grandparents, Doug (Judy) Philow of Sutherlin, OR; maternal grandfather, James Wood of Witch Creek, CA; aunts and uncles, Amy Powell of Baker City, OR, Brian (Jennifer) Vaughn of Sutherlin, OR and Ben Philow of Yacolt, WA; cousins, Mason, Brody and Tate Powell, Aubry and Zeke Vaughn; and extended family and friends who loved her also.

Funeral: A memorial mass will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at Holy Childhood Catholic Church with the Msgr. Jerome Hartlein officiating.
