Orville T. Etling

Orville T. Etling, 90, of Mascoutah, IL born Oct. 7, 1921 in Belleville, IL died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center, Belleville, IL.


He was a retired miller and farmer and was also a WW II Army veteran.


He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmel, nee Bruning, Etling whom he married in Belleville, IL on April 4, 1942 and who died April 15, 2005, his parents, Gustav J. and Elsie, nee Richerson, Etling, a brother, Lloyd Etling and a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Etling.


Surviving are his children, Sandra (Larry) Haffner of Belleville, IL, Vicky Davis of Archdale, NC and Linda (Mark) Laquet of Mascoutah, IL; two grandchildren, John Davis of Archdale, NC and Heather (Luke) Naliborski of Mascoutah, IL; four great-grandchildren, Rachel and Jessica Davis of Archdale, NC, Iris and Jett Naliborski of Mascoutah, IL; a brother, Charles (Loretta) Etling of New Baden, IL
