Marluize Loe, nee Blanchard, 86, of Mascoutah, IL, born Oct. 19, 1921 in Laud, IN, died Sept. 22, 2008 at MarKa Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.
Marluize was a retired housekeeper from Grange Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Zumbrun, a son, Firmer E. Loe, her parents, Thomas O. and Flossie B., nee Arnold, Blanchard, adopted parents, Arthur and Myrtle Schrader, four brothers, Garland, Lewis, Dalton and Robert Blanchard and three sisters, Hazel Fisher, Marie Winnebrener and Dorothy Blanchard.
She is survived by her children, Phyllis Fowler of MI, Carl E. Loe, Jr. of MO, Raymond (Linda) Loe of IN, Marlene Hammond of MO, Cathleen Kleich of NE and Teresa (Warren) Knipp of Mascoutah, IL; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of donor’s choice.
Visitation: friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008 and from 8 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at Moll Funeral Home, Mascoutah, IL.
Funeral: graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at the Mascoutah City Cemetery in Mascoutah, IL with Pastor Jack Spratte officiating.
