Penny S. Knott

Penny S. Knott, nee Gullett, 46, of Mascoutah, IL, born Nov. 21, 1965 in Peoria, IL, died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at St. Louis University Hospital.

Penny was the office manager of the radiology department at Touchette Hospital for 22 years.


She was preceded in death by an infant son, Joshua Knott, her paternal and maternal grandparents and aunts and uncles.


She is survived by her husband, Andy Knott of Mascoutah, IL, who she married in Mascoutah on March 8, 1986; her sons, Andrew Knott of Mascoutah, IL and Alex Knott of Virginia Beach, VA; her parents, Robert and Betty, nee Nimmo, Gullett of Peoria, IL; three sisters, Gail (Dave) Manuel and Cherry (Bob) Murray, both of Peoria, IL and Cindy (Gary) Guthrie of Belleville, IL; three brothers, Gene Gullett of West Palm Beach, FL, Dan (Judy) Gullett and Tim (Jean) Gullett, both of Peoria, IL; mother-in-law, Kathy Knott of O'Fallon, IL; sister-in-law, Pam Knott of O'Fallon, IL; brother-in-law, Mark Knott of Shiloh, IL; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, June 12, 2012 and from 7:30 to 10 AM Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Moll Funeral Home with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Burial will follow in Mascoutah City Cemetery.
