Margaret Ellen "Peggy" Larry

Margaret E. “Peggy” Larry, nee Reppermund, 65, of Freeburg, IL, born June 11, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.


She was a long time employee of the American Legion Post 292 in Mascoutah and a board member of the Mascoutah Senior Center.


She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vera, nee Golian, Reppermund.


She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline (Carl) Wiegmann of New Baden, IL; loving companion, David Carter of Freeburg, IL; two brothers, Tom (Beth) Reppermund of California and William Reppermund of Albuquerque, NM; two sisters, Doris Cartwright and Diane (Alan) Thorson-Gillies both of California.

Funeral: There will be a memorial celebration from 2 to 5PM Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Mascoutah Senior Center, 227 North Market St., Mascoutah, IL 62258.
