Eugene L. Tumbaga

Eugene L. Tumbaga, 58, of Mascoutah, IL, born Mar. 2, 1952 in Honolulu, HI, died Monday, May 24, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital, Litchfield, IL.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Dionicio and Slorentina, nee Iturralde, Tumbaga.


He is survived by his wife, Betty L., nee Parmer, Schlichter Tumbaga, whom he married in Honolulu, HI on June 5, 1994; five sons and two daughters, two grandchildren, and brothers and sisters, all in Hawaii; two stepchildren, Brian (Angela) Schlichter of Oakdale, IL, and Robert (Christie) Schlichter of Jacksonville, FL; four step-grandchildren, Christian, Danny, Marvin, and Brianna Schlichter.


Memorials may be made to the American Heart Assn.


Visitation: No visitation.


Funeral: A memorial service will be held 7 PM Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL with Rev. Joey Feldmann officiating.
