Viola M. Vogt, 84, of Belleville, IL, formerly of Okawville, IL, born Oct. 16, 1926 in Okawville, IL, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL.


Viola was a retired nurse’s aide from St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville; and member of Zion Lutheran Church, Belleville, IL.


She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Johanna, nee Temme, Vogt.


She is survived by her caregiver and dear friend, Bonnie Griffith of Older Adult Ministry at Zion Lutheran Church in Belleville.

Visitation: visitation will be from 9 to 11 AM Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.


Funeral: funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah with Pastor Darwin Schrader officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Okawville, IL.
