Richard D. Clark

Richard D. Clark, 77, of O’Fallon, IL, born July 28, 1933 in Council Bluffs, IA, died Sunday, May 29, 2011 at the Grange Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.


Richard retired from civil service as a passenger reservation clerk and also retired from the USAF as a MSgt. after 22 years of service.


He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva, nee Smukal, Clark whom he married in Wiesbaden, Germany and who died March 31, 1987, his parents, Harold and Lucille, nee Wilson, Clark and two brothers, William and John Clark.


He is survived by a son, William “Sam” (Denise) Clark of Mascoutah, IL; two granddaughters, Amanda and Andrea Clark; a great-granddaughter, Emily Clark; and a brother, Wayne (Joyce) Clark of Grand Junction, CO.

Visitation: From 6 to 7 PM Friday, June 3, 2011 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.


Funeral: A memorial service will be held 7 PM Friday, June 3, 2011 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL with Pastor Jim Clark officiating.
