Theresa B. Waigland

Theresa B. Waigand, 87, of Mascoutah, IL, born Jan. 8, 1924 in Mascoutah, IL, died Tuesday, Nov. 08, 2011 at Terrace on the Park (Grange Nursing Home) in Mascoutah, IL.


Theresa was a homemaker and a member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph J. and Barbara, nee Friederich, Waigand; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Loretta (Cletus) Griesbaum, Helen (John) Davis, and Mary Waigand; and a great nephew, Ben Krausz.


She is survived by a nephew and four nieces, Lucille (Vern) Moehrs of Waterloo, IL, Dan (Angie) Davis of Mascoutah, IL, Barb (Larry) Draper of Belleville, IL, Nancy (Ted) Mosier of Mascoutah, IL, and Kathy (Dave) Doucette of Mascoutah, IL; great nieces; great nephews; great-great nieces; and great-great nephews.


Memorials may be made to Holy Childhood Memorial Improvement Fund.


Visitation: friends may call from 1 to 2 PM Friday, at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah, IL.


Funeral: a funeral Mass will be held 2 PM Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 at Holy Childhood Catholic Church with Msgr. Jerome Hartlein officiating. Burial will be in Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery in Mascoutah.
