Douglas E. Collins, 58, of Mascoutah, IL, born July 4, 1951 in Brooklyn, MA, died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Mae, nee Kern, Collins; and a grandson, Jaron Collins.
He is survived by three children, Jason (Angie) Collins of Swansea, IL, Sean Collins of Marissa, IL, and Tania Collins of Carbondale, IL; six grandchildren; his mother, Harriett, nee Griffith, Mooney of Arizona; six sisters; and four brothers.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Rankins officiating. |
