Martha M. Begbie, nee Thiemer, 87, of Mascoutah, IL formerly of Long Island, NY, died Sept. 3, 2009 at MarKa Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester A. Begbie, Jr., her parents, Albert and Emily, nee Williams, Thiemer and a sister, Edith in infancy.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy M. “Bonnie” Forster of Mascoutah, IL; three sons, Richard K. Begbie and partner James DePietro of Allentown, PA, Alan K. (Cindy) Begbie of Hubert, NC and Scott W. (Debra) Begbie of Knoxville, TN; seven grandchildren, Robert (Donna) Forster, Laura (Rainer) Forster-Reuther, Luke Richards, Keith (Sarah) Begbie, Bryan, Tim and Katie Begbie; seven great-grandchildren Brent and Ryan Forster, Jakob, Emily and Lukas Reuther, Trinity and Jonas Begbie; and a sister, Dorothy T. Ritchie of Shiloh, IL formerly of Long Island, NY.

Funeral: funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009 at Moll Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Woolever officiating. Following Martha’s wishes her body will be cremated. |
